ZCS People Academy, new professional opportunities for aspiring talents in the digital field

ZCS People, a network of highly qualified professionals in Digital Transformation and a key player in the HR sector, is ready to launch Academy 2025 in Valdarno. The network consists of Zucchetti Centro Sistemi (ZCS)—through its HR Software team—and the established HRZ, Alpha Sistemi, HRS, and Terasoft.

The ZCS People Academy was created to train and integrate young talents passionate about technology, equipping them with high-level skills in HR process digitalization, customer management methodologies, and teamwork.

A Unique Opportunity for Young Professionals

Following the success of previous editions in Milan and Treviso in 2024—which led to new hires—the ZCS People Academy will open its doors on April 1st to 20 young talents from Valdarno. These individuals will be trained to become HR Application & Digital Consultants, essential figures in corporate digitalization.

The Academy features an intensive 500-hour program, designed by a team of internal trainers to develop IT professionals capable of supporting clients through HR software analysis, implementation, and deployment.

A Structured and Practical Training Approach

The ZCS People Academy is structured into two phases:

1. First phase:
• Three weeks of classroom lessons covering core topics, including digital project management and HR-related subjects such as Attendance Management, Travel, Organization Charts, Payroll, Schedules, and Shift Management.
2. Second phase:
• In-depth training on each module and application area through both classroom learning and on-the-job practice.
• Hands-on exercises led by nationally recognized industry experts and trainers from Zucchetti, providing practical, targeted learning experiences.
• Personalized training plans for each participant, guided by a company tutor and future colleagues.
• Comprehensive assessment tools to evaluate technical skills and develop soft skills, ensuring each participant grows within this exciting project.
