From a small software house founded in 1985, ZCS has evolved into a multidisciplinary group of 19 companies and more than 850 people, with offices in Italy and abroad, operating in strategic sectors such as IT, digital healthcare, industrial automation, robotics, and renewable energy. A constant drive for innovation has guided every stage of this journey, transforming the company into a benchmark within the national and international technology landscape.

In 2025, the Group continued its path of growth and consolidation, strengthening its presence in strategic sectors through new acquisitions, such as Afea S.r.l. and DEC Centro Sistemi in digital healthcare, and through significant investments in skills, infrastructure, and technological innovation, with an increasing focus on artificial intelligence and the energy transition.
Key projects include the construction of the new Palazzo del Futuro, a building of almost 5,000 m² in the heart of the Valdarno, the expansion of the research and development laboratories, and the launch of the production line for large-scale inverters.
