Zucchetti Centro Sistemi (ZCS), through its business unit ZCS Automation, received an Honorable Mention at the Innovation Awards in the “Best New Application” category at the Innovation Awards during The Clean Show in Orlando, USA—the premier North American event for the textile care and industrial laundry sector.

The trade show offered ZCS Automation a key opportunity to showcase its cutting-edge solutions at booth 3305, attracting strong international interest. The awards ceremony took place on Sunday, August 24, 2025, and in addition to receiving recognition, the team had the unique opportunity to present its innovations during the show’s conference, further establishing ZCS Automation as a leading solution provider in the industry.

The award recognized the Titan 900 Scrub Dispenser with ozone sanitization, an automated, fully touchless rotary dispenser designed for managing professional garments and equipment. Occupying less than one square meter, the system can handle up to 900 items, eliminating manual handling and significantly reducing the risk of contamination.

Its most distinctive innovation lies in the built-in ozone sanitization unit, which treats every stored item with a disinfection cycle validated through independent laboratory testing by the University of Salerno. The ozone process effectively eliminates microbial contaminants such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans, even on complex, multi-layered fabrics.
