From November 4 to 7, 2025, Zucchetti Centro Sistemi (ZCS) will participate in Ecomondo – The Green Technology Expo in Rimini, the international leading event for ecological transition and sustainable resource management. At Hall C5, Stand 305, the Automation Division will showcase RU.BIN., first launched at Ecomondo 2024 and now once again in the spotlight to highlight the concrete results achieved and the future prospects of its applications.

RU.BIN. is the intelligent multi-level urban waste management system, designed to optimize operational processes, reduce costs and emissions, and make the entire recycling collection cycle more efficient, transparent, and sustainable.

This year, Dream Waste, the management software developed by DreamApp for comprehensive monitoring of the waste collection process, will participate alongside RU.BIN.. Leveraging ZCS Automation technology, each waste container becomes a networked data point: sensors detect fill levels, track access, and record disposals, enabling optimized collection routes, reduced costs, and lower emissions.

Access is granted via a personal badge with a display readable even in direct sunlight, while all operations are recorded in a log that can be consulted down to the individual user and securely transferred to the cloud. The system includes advanced diagnostics and sends automatic alerts in case of anomalies, such as low battery, inaccessible containers, blockages, or tipping, ensuring continuity and service safety.
