Collaborative Robots and Automated Solutions for Logistics

Showcasing the latest ZCS intelligent solutions at Transpotec, Fiera Milano

At Transpotec Logitec 2026 — the International Transport and Logistics Show taking place at Fiera Milano from 13 to 16 May — Zucchetti Centro Sistemi (ZCS) will be exhibiting in the shared space with Zucchetti Logistics, showcasing its latest innovations in collaborative robotics and advanced automation.

ZCS is presenting two product lines designed for the logistics sector: Amico Robot for the automation of logistics workflows (S100), with a focus on picking and goods handling activities and the automatic key dispenser (Desktop Dispenser) developed by the Automation Division.

“The ZCS Amico service robot automates operational workflows in industrial departments, optimising the transport of materials and heavy loads. It is designed for the internal logistics of warehouses, manufacturing plants and large facilities, adapting to both straightforward environments and more complex scenariossays Sabrina Melidoni, Business Development Manager of the ZCS Robotics Division. Robotic solutions integrate seamlessly into existing processes, supporting autonomous material handling, streamlining connections between operational areas, and improving the management of repetitive tasks — all with the goal of delivering maximum efficiency, safety and operational continuity, while reducing manual movements and risks for staff”

Also at Transpotec is the Automation Division, which has been working in industrial logistics traceability systems for over 30 years, presenting the KMS system — an automated solution for managing and tracking company keys that enables real-time monitoring of access, usage and returns, enhancing both security and operational efficiency.

The automated key distribution system expands our portfolio of solutions dedicated to corporate asset management and integrates into a broader ecosystem of RFID technologies for traceability in industrial logistics”, says Emiliano Meotti, newly appointed Divisional and Commercial Director of the Automation Division. “ Traceability is fundamental in logistics, as it enables the identification and monitoring of object movements, optimises asset management, reduces errors, costs, time and space, and integrates with management systems for the tracking and efficiency of internal processes”.

ZCS’s integrated and connected solutions also enable companies to access the incentives available under the Transition 4.0 plan, providing concrete support for their technology innovation journeys.
