Toscana Promozione is the Economic Promotion Agency of Tuscany, established in 2000 by the local government. Thanks to a network of professional associations, institutions, enterprises, universities and research centres, Toscana Promozione is now a concrete platform for overseas enterprises interested in doing business in or with Tuscany.
The project involved implementing a single integrated software package able to manage the administration, production and financial processes of the company with the use of a single database. This leads to a considerable reduction in the efforts and costs associated with the maintenance, updating and integration of these applications.
Zucchetti Centro Sistemi has also responded to the need for wider, more precise, integrated, reliable, accessible and faster information flows to support the strategic, tactical and operational decision-making process, as well as the external reporting to all stakeholders.

Zucchetti Centro Sistemi Spa was chosen after a call for tenders, where the solutions offered by ZCS were considered the most suitable from among those presented, in terms of the project size, financial commitment and human resources needed and the features supported.
The implementation of a new integrated information system signified the development and assimilation of a new strategic result-oriented culture and was an important opportunity for cultural, technological, organisational and operational renewal.
