Book "Qualsiasi Cosa Accada": Fabrizio Bernini, by Filippo Boni

The dream of a visionary entrepreneur, the history of his family, the power of a promise

The heartbreaking story of a pioneer of innovation that has universal value.
The volume (Aska edizioni) traces the incredible family and personal history of the founder of Zucchetti Centro Sistemi.

On a June Sunday afternoon Fabrizio Bernini, visionary entrepreneur and Italian pioneer of innovation, having reached the pinnacle of his professional success, walking through the streets of the center of Arezzo, during an Antiques Fair, saw a red scooter from the 1960s at a stall. and is struck. It was the same model of moped on which he traveled as a boy, along the dirt roads of Valdambra, after a difficult childhood with his parents in the house of La Torre, in the small town of Bucine.

The sight of that scooter projects him back in time and pushes him to make an introspective journey within himself, in search of the most authentic meaning of existence. So, aboard that old Guzzino, he sets off in search of the places of his parents' lives, re-faces and remembers their pain, suffered from an early age. Ada, her mother, was abandoned at the Istituto Degli Innocenti in Florence: adopted first by farmers from the village of Solata and then by a hermit farmer from Rapale, she lived an existence full of obstacles and loneliness. Alvaro, her father, after the wedding, fell into the tunnel of alcohol due to a family tragedy and ended up dragging the whole family into affliction, even the young Fabrizio, who grew up amidst difficulties and suffering.

Like pieces of a mosaic, thanks to the historical reconstruction and the emotional narration of Filippo Boni, one after another the memories collected in this book recompose the portrait and journey of a courageous and fearless man who despite the pains of existence he always knew how to get back up, he pursued his dream and the professional goals he had set for himself until he became one of the greatest self-made men in the history of industrial Tuscany, defeating the specters that since his childhood risked kidnapping him forever.

Here then is that the life of a man also becomes a universal teaching, a profound and authentic confession, a story that is a hope for young people and that pushes them to never give up on their dreams.

"A profoundly humble book. Reading it you are amazed, often moved. They are beautiful pages" - Simone Innocenti, critic for "La Lettura" (Corriere della Sera) and "Il Giulebbe".
