Titan

Titan is the automatic system for the distribution and collection of folded garments and accessories in the healthcare industry.  In fact, the system manages uniforms, bed linen, sterile medical kits. Titan meets the needs of both small and medium sized healthcare facilities, as well as large facilities that distribute garments/accessories across more than one location. 

The objects are made available to users through the profiling of personalised rights (“credits”) , set directly by the customer.

Titan consists of:

  • door for dropping off clean garments, available in various types
  • acceptance door for dirty garments
  • ZCS software for the processing and synchronising of information from Titan to the management software (already used by the customer or the Titan Management System)

It can interface with management/access control systems already used in the company (integrated natively with ZCS and Zucchetti solutions)

Delivery of garments and accessories

Users swipe their badges on the reader of the delivery door, choose the object to be collected and pick up the selected object. The system is updated automatically, recording the removal of the object

Collection of used garments and accessories

The employee leaves the used object in the automatic pick-up door, the system records the operation and updates the database. The laundry/sterilisation service picks up the objects, knowing the exact number.
